About Whiteley's

Peter Whiteley, the owner manager of ‘Whiteley’s Family Restaurant’, spent a large part of his childhood living in the Far East. It was during this time that his family travelled extensively and Peter experienced living and eating in many world-class hotels and restaurants. This inspired him to pursue a career in the hotel and catering industry. .

Years of experience have given Peter the ability to create exciting and succulent dishes from all parts of the world using the very best of ingredients. This is reflected in the innovative nature of his menu.

His dream has always been to open his own restaurant where he could cater for a variety of tastes.

‘Whiteley’s Restaurant’ aims to do just this.

Peter’s Professional qualifications include City and Guilds 706 1 and 2 (Chefs) and My B.T.E.C. Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management

Also Rossanna Whiteley has now qualified as a Chef and adds to the culinary team.
